Three things that help
The boiler's nameplate
A photo of the label gives us the make, model and age before we arrive. Text it to the shop number.
Your last oil statement
For a replacement or a heat pump question, the gallons from the last two winters tell us most of what we need.
What it did, and when
Noises, smells, the last cleaning, anyone who looked at it. A line or two is enough.
Our towns
Worcester and the towns around it
The shop is on Millbury Street. Technicians start from there each morning, so a town that's on the list is a town we reach. If yours isn't, call and ask.
